This Sonography Refurbishment company offered me an Esaote Mylab 40, which took a long time, although I don't know why it seems like it was damaged.
After two months of waiting after paying for the ultrasound machine and two probes, I am told that the ultrasound machine is not in working order.
They offered me a 2010 Esaote Mylab 25 gold in exchange (with pictures of that exact year), but it turns out they sent me a system of 2009 that was not in the picture.
I wrote them that this was not the equipment offered and they told me to try it out. The most important thing was that the system works!
I am tired, I had no desire to insist anymore.
But both probes work fine.

Esta compañía Sonography Refurbishment me ofertaron un Esaote mylab 40, que se demoraba mucho y no sabía porqué y parece ser que estaba estropeado.
Tras dos meses de espera tras el pago del ecógrafo y las dos sondas microconvex, me dicen que el ecógrafo no está en condiciones….
Me ofertan a cambio un Esaote mylab 25 gold del año 2010 ( con fotos que me enseñe del equipo de ese año), pero resulta que me mandan un equipo del 2009 que no era el de las fotos.
Les comento que ese no era el equipo ofertado, y me dicen que lo pruebe, que lo importante es que funcione…
Yo ya cansada de tanta espera y de falta de honestidad por su parte no he tenido ganas ni fuerza de insistir más.
Las sondas micro convexas van bien.

We bought from Sonoref-Lebenswert. Their contact person was very helpful throughout the process and has kept in touch to offer basic technical support. The machine was well packaged and arrived in excellent condition. The system has some features not enabled, and we are seeing how best to address that. But the machine itself and accessories are in good condition.
