In addition, used and refurbished equipment from resellers or doctors is sold here as well.

The website is available in 7 languages which allow avoiding the language barrier when communicating with sellers from all over the world.

2. REGISTRATION
• How much does the registration cost?

Registration on the BiMedis platform is free for all users.

• Forgot password?

You can recover your password by clicking the Login – Forgot your password? buttons and specify your e-mail address used during the registration procedure. After that, a link to restore the password will be sent to the specified address.

• Cannot register

Check if the correct data was entered in all the fields marked as required. If the problem persists, contact the website online support (the right bottom corner). 

3. THE BIMEDIS WEBSITE ACCOUNTS
• What is a Basic Account?

You get a Basic Account automatically upon registration on the website. Using this Account type, it is important to remember that your contacts are visible only on your “Sell” type paid ads.

• What is a PRO Account?

A PRO Account is a paid service provided by the BiMedis Company, aimed at increasing your sales. One of the main advantages of this account is your Personal Business Card activation, which becomes available to all website users on the Catalog with Sellers page.

A PRO Account can be International(suitable for sellers who sell equipment all over the world) and Regional(for sellers who sell equipment only in their region).

• What is a PREMIUM Account?

It is a paid service provided by the BiMedis Company and aimed at increasing your sales via a personal advertising campaign, placing your company’s banner on the BiMedis website, and publishing an article about your equipment in the News section.

• Who is “Personal Manager”?

PREMIUM Account holders can use the Personal Manager’s services. The manager’s functions include:

- the possibility to regularly communicate with you through your personal phone / email / Skype / WhatsApp to help you in case any questions arise;

- constant monitoring of updates related to your equipment list displayed on our website;

- tracking all the requests you receive through the website;

- checking whether the buyers know the language which you use to communicate;

- checking if the buyer indicated their correct contacts;

- checking whether the buyer receives your offer (if not, the manager will remind you about sending the offer).

• What is a TRUST mark?

Sellers with TRUST mark are company representatives, PRO, and PREMIUM Accounts users who have received maximum trust from the BiMedis Company and its customers. These sellers are safe and reliable to conclude transactions with and their equipment and services are of very high quality.

• How do I get a TRUST mark?

1. Make at least one successful transaction using our platform with positive feedback from a buyer;

2. Provide photos and videos from your warehouse (preferably with visual company symbols);

3. Provide your official taxpayer number;

4. Provide links to official groups and pages on social networks (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Vkontakte).

4. ADVERTISEMENT (ADS)
• How much does it cost to place ads?

It is free of charge to place “Buy” type ads on the website. For Basic Account users, “Sell” type ads cost depends on the equipment category they want to sell. You can see the fees in your Personal Account on the website. You can also see payment methods in more detail, visiting the section “Seller” – “How to pay for the advert.”

PRO and PREMIUM Accounts users can place an unlimited number of ads free of charge.

• What are the requirements for placing ads?

The ad title should include equipment manufacturer and model names. Additional information about the equipment should also be specified, namely: its condition, price, photo which corresponds to the equipment model, the country the equipment is located, the production year, and warranty availability. *It is prohibited to place any contact information on the “Buy” ads by the Basic Account users.

• Our database does not include the model?

Enter the model name into the entry field and click the “Add new model” button. In a new window, enter the model name, the model manufacturer, and the category to which the device belongs, and click the “Add” button.

• Who can see my ads?

On the BiMedis website, ads are available to both authorized and unauthorized visitors.

• Why are ads moderated?

Ads are verified by experts checking the specified model and manufacturer information accuracy and whether all the required fields are filled in.

• How do I edit/delete/move ads to an archive?

Log in to your Personal Account – “My Ads”, select the advertisement you need, and click “Edit”/”Delete ad”/”Move to archive.”

• Who can place ads without specifying the equipment price?

Ads with no price: can be added by manufacturers/official representatives, spare parts owners, and buyers who place a “Buy” advert.

• What is “Subscription to updates in the category”?

The subscription to updates allows receiving notifications to your mail, featuring new offers/requests, right after they are posted on the website.

5. MESSAGE
• How do I send a message to a seller/buyer?

Every advert has a button “Contact Seller”/”Contact Buyer” (depending on the advertisement type).

• Why are my messages moderated?

To avoid spam messages to our website users.

• How many messages can I send?

You can send an unlimited number of messages.

6. SELLER
• If I sell one device:

1. the placement cost depends on the medical equipment category; 2. contacts are shown to all BiMedis users; 3. advertisement placement term is 4 months; 4. no sales commission fees

• If I want to sell a lot :)

1. an unlimited number of ads; 2. your ads promotion in social networks and in medical forums; 3. your ads priority in the search; 4. feedback from our partners via the link: https://bimedis.com/pro_account. If you want to learn more – contact us.

• How do I increase the number of sales?

a) Place as many ads as possible; b) Provide full information about the equipment with relevant photos; c) Mark the average market price; d) Take advantage of the PRO or PREMIUM Account.

• How do I subscribe to request updates?

This option is available on each page displaying the requested equipment. The “Subscribe” button is located at the foot of the page under the equipment list. Subscribing to request updates allows tracing new requests as soon as they are posted on the website. To receive notifications exclusively relevant to your interests, you can use the filter on the left side of the page.

• How do I pay for an ad?

When posting a new one?

  • After filling in all the required fields, the “Pay” button will appear. Choose the suitable payment system for you.

When paying for an archived ad?

  • In your Personal Account, the ad has the “Pay” button. Click it, and this way, you will go to the payment page.

When paying for several ads?

  • In your Personal Account, update the relevance of the ads you want to pay for.

  • Go to the “Payment pending” section.

  • Click “Pay” – this way, you will pay several ads with one payment procedure.

• What are the payment methods for ads?

1. Paypal: the largest debit electronic payment system providing secure Internet payments, using credit cards or bank accounts. To transfer funds, you need a PayPal account, which you can create once you decided to pay.

2. Liqpay: payments are carried out using any bank card. To complete the payment, you have to specify the card number, its validity period and CVV2 (a three-digit code on the back of the card).

Contact the seller, clicking the “Contact Seller” button or opening his direct contacts (if they are available on the ad).

• Couldn’t find the right equipment model on the website?

You can place a free purchase advertisement and receive offers from sellers.

• How do I place a purchase advertisement?

On the main page of the website, select the “Buy” section and enter all the required data to place an advertisement.

• Cannot decide yet which device model is needed?

Send a request e-mail to our managers and get all the available offers relevant to your request details.

• How do I find out all the details about the device (condition, warranty, documents availability, discounts, etc.?)

All the details concerning the equipment should be discussed with the seller directly, clicking the “Contact Seller” button on the advertisement or contacting them directly.

• How do I purchase equipment displayed on the website pages?

Payment and equipment delivery terms are discussed directly with the seller. BiMedis does not take part in transactions.

• How do I quickly get new offers from sellers?

Our website provides the “Subscribe to new offers in this category” service.

• How do I subscribe to offer updates in a relevant category?

• Where do I see the list of companies with which BiMedis cooperates?

Go to the “Catalog with sellers” page, a link to which is located at the top of any page.

8. OFFICIAL REPRESENTATIVE
• Who is the official representative?

A company possessing a license to sell the manufacturer’s products in a certain country (region). The equipment condition can be either new or demo with all documents and warranties from the manufacturer. View the “Official distributors” page.

• What advantages do the official representatives have?

1. The possibility to place ads indicating no prices; 2. A special sign “Official representative” on each advertisement; 3. Promote ads exclusively in the target region.

• How do I get an official representative status?

When registering or editing personal data, you should indicate you are the Official Representative and select/add manufacturing companies’ names you represent. You also have to provide documents, signed by the manufacturer, confirming your status.

9. SERVICES
• What services does BiMedis provide?

BiMedis does not provide services directly. We cooperate with Companies providing medical equipment repair services, making delivery, and ensuring customs clearance.
