The qTOWER³ is a powerful thermal cycler for the performance of quantitative real-time PCR. Thanks to the latest Peltier technology and high-quality block materials, an outstanding thermal homogeneity is achieved over the entire sample block. In addition, the patented high-performance optics guarantee excellent homogeneous excitation and illumination of all individual samples.
Innovative 96 well silver block with gold coating
Excellent temperature uniformity: 55°C ± 0.15°C after 15 s
Max. Ramping-rates up to 8 °C/sec
Patented fiber optic system for ideal illumination and excitation of all 96 samples without egde effects
4 long-term stable LEDs without preheating time
Minimum scan times of 6 seconds for 96 samples (up to 6-fold multiplexing possible)
Retrofitting of filter modules possible
Use of different optical plastic materials in 0.2 ml format
