The qTOWER iris 384 is a powerful thermal cycler for high-throughput real-time PCR applications using a 384-sample multiwell format.
High quality 384 well aluminum block for excellent temperature uniformity: 55 °C ± 0.15 °C after 15 s and max. ramping rates up to 4 °C/sec
Gradient function incl. Linear Gradient Tool programming
Patented fiber optic system for ideal illumination and excitation of all 384 samples without edge effects.
Minimum scan times of 6 seconds for 384 samples
Unique multicolor LED light source and matched filter modules for up to 6-fold multiplexing
UV ready - applications in the wavelength range of the UVA spectrum using the UV module are possible (UV module must be ordered separately, part no.: 844-00826-0)
Retrofitting of filter modules possible
Intuitive, multilingual control and evaluation software with comprehensive analysis tools for evaluating the test results
Ethernet connectivity
Low noise emission and small footprint for a pleasant working environment
