Due to the Medical Devices Act (MPG/MDR) and the EU directives, every used MP item must and will be sold as a used item for hobbyists or as a spare parts donor without any guarantee or warranty, even if there is no malfunction. In contrast to the new consumer protection law, the buyer agrees with the submission of his bid (e.g. due to the MPG/MDR) not to make use of the new guarantee law and automatically completely waives the claims to which he is entitled. Any liability after delivery occurring defects is excluded.

The buyer is expressly advised that he must comply with the provisions of the MPG/MDR and the Medical Device Operator Ordinance (MPBV) during commissioning and, if required, have a corresponding safety check (STK) carried out on the device. The buyer is responsible for compliance.
