The Dual-Action manifold is adjustable for x, y and z-positions, allowing it to aspirate from the top to bottom of a deep well block, or from a standard microplate, leaving as little or as much residual as needed. Dispense height adjustment allows full well washing without overflowing, and there is no need to switch manifolds between plate types.
The BioTek ELx405 Select is the premier microplate washer for washing deep well blocks and standard height microplates, in 96- and 384-well format, without requiring specialized manifolds
Wash processes used in cell culture and plasmid DNA preparation are automated with the ELx405 Select. It can also process magnetic and polystyrene bead protocols, making it a versatile plate washer for many laboratories
