Used Good QIAXCEL eGene HLA SSP

This Genetic Analyzer was retired from a university. It appears to be undamaged and operational. Testing was limited to power up which showed the luminescent source to be working as well as the Off/On switch. As no software or accessories were included with it when it was sold, further testing was not possible. e-Gene was taken over by QIAXcel (QIAgen) in 2007 about the time this instrument was shipped to the original ower. It was sold, maintained and supported by Fisher Scientific (now ThermoFisher) throughout it period of service.

It appears this instrument is related to the HDA-GT12 and appears to use the same basic housing. It was announced and marketed within a year of the HDA-GT12. eGene described the HLA SSP Genetic Analyzer as
