Sartorius Stedim Biowelder Tube Welder
**This item has been tested for basic power on functionality. Unit has visible wear from normal use. See photos for details.
The BioWelder works with a thermal welding cycle that does not require the use of a laminar flow. In this welding process the blade is kept sterile and endotoxin free throughout the whole process.
The inserted hoses will be cut by a blade and then fused together through the unit.  The cycling process is completely automated and will only be released after a complete cycle.
Different programmable holders make it possible to weld thermoplastic hoses of the same type together (such as C-Flex, Sanipure, Pharmed) with diameters of 6.4 mm (1/4”) up to 19.0 mm (3/4”).
