Originally the website was focused on the CIS countries, but from 2015 began active cooperation with sellers and buyers from other countries.

BiMedis Company has registered offices in the United States, Russia and Ukraine.

BiMedis does NOT own any medical equipment placed on the website.

A group of professional client managers, doctors and medical advisors in various categories of medical equipment, marketing specialists, SMM professionals and web developers whose goal is to ensure easy and secure process of medical equipment sale / purchase.

2. REGISTRATION
• What is the cost of registration? Who can register?

Registration on BiMedis platform is free for all users. It is available for anyone interested in buying and selling medical equipment (including official representatives, dealers, intermediaries (resellers) and doctors from around the globe).

• Did not receive a confirmation code for the registration?

3. ADVERTISEMENT (ADS)
• What is the cost of placing ads?

Placing of limitless number of medical equipment wanted and for sale ads on BiMedis platform is absolutely free for all users.

• What are the requirements for placing ads?

The appropriate manufacturer and model of the equipment has to be specified in the title
An image should reflect the name of the equipment
No contact details are allowed in description or on the images

• Your model is not found in the database?

Enter the model name in the input field and click "Add new model"

• Why an Ad should be moderated?

All ads are moderated by specialists in order to check the accuracy and compliance of the provided information.

In addition, an ad should remain moderated till the time for its owner to confirm his/her e-mail address and phone number.

• How to edit / delete / move an ad to the archive?

 

Log into "My BiMedis" - "Go to your office" - "My Ads", select the needed ad and click "Edit" / "Remove Ad" / "Move to archive" button

• Why can’t I delete an ad?

Ad cannot be removed if there is a "Secured Transaction" created based on it. In order to delete the ad one should first cancel "Secured Transaction" or move the ad to the archive.

• Why my contact details are not visible on all my ads?

The possibility to place your contact details on the ads is available only to the PRO Account users. See PRO Account paragraph.

• Are all ads relevant?

The ads owners receive messages to update the ads actuality every 2 months. You should contact them directly if you need additional information.

• Why is the price of the equipment showed in different currencies?

BiMedis - an international platform and sellers are able to set the price of the equipment in the most common currencies in the world.

Each visitor can choose the currency to see the prices in.
Logged in users - "My BiMedis" - and choose the currency filed
Not logged in users - "Login" - and choose the currency filed
If the currency chosen by the owner when placing an ad does not match the chosen by the visitor in the review mode, the original and converted amount will be displayed.

• How ads are advertised?

The placed ads are advertised in addition to BiMedis platform on specialized medical forums and social networks in the respective groups with the target audience and also using Google Adwords.

• Can’t place an ad?

Check if you are logged in (enter your login and password)
If required model is not found in the database - add it by yourself

4. MESSAGE
• Why can’t I send a message?

a) A message can be sent only by the users who have confirmed their e-mail address and phone number.

• Why message is moderated?

 

a) To avoid spammed messages to the users
b) Messages are checked for contact information presence. The possibility to send your contact details is available only to the PRO Account users. See PRO Account paragraph.

• When can I get a reply to my message?

 

A notification of a new message is sent instantly to an e-mail address provided during the registration.

 

In the case of a long delay with a response, BiMedis managers send a duplicate message.

5. SELLER
• How to increase sales?

 

a) Place as many ads as you have
b) Provide complete information about the equipment with relevant images
c) Indicate an average market price
d) Place direct contact details on each ad. See PRO Account
e) Move your ads to the top. See PRO Account

• Do you have a wide range of equipment?

 

Send a request to info@bimedis.com and receive a special Excel spreadsheet, which you need to fill in, and after that our specialists will be able to move your ads to the website automatically.

• Would you like to receive requests from the buyers only from certain countries / regions?

 

When placing an ad you can choose regions or countries you are interested in by clicking "Available only in" - "Country."

In this case, your ads will be advertised exclusively among this target audience.

• Do you want to place an ad without indicating a price?

Statistics shows that a number of ads reviews with the price indicated is twice bigger than the number of ads without prices.

The ability to place ads without prices indicated is available only for the official representatives of the company manufacturer of medical equipment. See OFFICIAL REPRESENTATIVE

• What does "Price starting with" option mean?

"Price starting with" option is provided for cases when:

- there's different price on the same model

- price depends on units included

- price changes frequently

• How to check statistics of the ad reviews?

All statistics information is available to the logged in users in "My BiMedis" - "Go to your office" - "STATISTICS"

6. BUYER
• Found a necessary model of the equipment on our website?

Please contact the seller by clicking "Contact Seller" button on the ad, and discuss all the details regarding the equipment purchase directly.

• Did not find a necessary model of the equipment on our website?

Create your own free Wanted ad indicating all the necessary specifications and a reasonable price.

• Have not decided what model of the equipment you need?

 

Please send a request to our managers and receive all available offers with prices directly to your email address!

• How to find out all the details of the equipment (condition, warranty, presence of documents, discount availability, etc.)?

 

All details regarding the equipment should be discussed directly with the seller by clicking "Contact Seller" button on the ad.

• How payment is made?

Payment requirements are negotiated directly with the seller.
If both parties decide to conclude a transaction through the mediation of the BiMedis Company – the payment will be made in the Secure Transaction mode. 

• Interested in delivery only from a particular country / region?

When placing a wanted ad you can choose “Receive offers from” - "Countries"
When reviewing available offers in the SELL section, use the "Shipping from" filter

• Who should pay for shipping and other services (deinstallation, customs clearance, etc.)?

The issue of payment of all additional services along the purchase should be discussed directly with the seller. BiMedis Company cannot act as a mediator in relation to these matters.

• How to ensure that the seller is reliable?

 

a) Before buying the equipment please check its technical operability (ask for photos and videos, warranty documents, etc.).
b) Discuss the warranty and return policy details
c) Agree on mutually beneficial terms of payment
d) BiMedis platform managers always check e-mail address and phone number of sellers / buyers, and information about the company they represent. Sellers that have already had successful sales receive a special mark on every ad and Personal Business Card.

7. OFFICIAL REPRESENTATIVE

1. The ability to place ads without prices indicated
2. Marked as "Official Representative" on every ad
3. Ads advertising exclusively in the target region

• How can I get Official Representative status?

When registering or editing personal information you should indicate that you are an Official Representative, and select / add the names of the Companies manufacturers that you represent

After this information is checked by BiMedis Company managers you can get the Official Representative status

8. PRO ACCOUNT
• PRO Account advantages

a) Personal Business Card is your personal profile on BiMedis platform where complete information about you and your company is indicated, along with all placed wanted or for sale ads of medical equipment. Grateful buyers or sellers can leave comments about you to the BiMedis platform managers, and these comments will be placed on your Business Card. In addition, sellers who have had successful transactions, receive a special mark on their Business Card and on every ad. You can add or edit personal information at "My BiMedis" - "Go to your office" - "Personal Business Card" - "Edit"

b) No commissions during sales PRO Account users are able to place and share their contacts to sellers and buyers in limitless quantity to discuss details of the transactions directly. BiMedis Company receives no commission for the services provided

c) All placed ads are moved to the TOP

 

PRO Account users’ ads are located on the main page and are ranked first in the search results of each category on our website.
