The JEOL 2011 TEM is a conventional TEM with a lanthanum hexaboride electron source. It is equipped with a bottom-mounted AMT digital imaging camera and an Oxford EDS system for analyzing a wide range of materials in Bright-field and Dark-field TEM modes, Selected-area Electron Diffraction, and Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy. The accelerating voltage can be flexibly adjusted within the range of 80-200 kV.
