TOOTH IMPACTION

Girl, 15 years old, sought medical help at a dental clinic with complants of the absence of the 43rd tooth, an aesthetic defect. X-ray examination of the lower jaw showed the following: tooth impaction deep in the mandible, the crown of which is turned into the side branches of the mandible. Malposition of the 43rd tooth.
Root system of the impacted tooth is in the first stage of the root formation - incomplete growth. The patient was offered treatment by surgical removal (atypical) of the impacted 43rd tooth with subsequent orthodontic treatment, which aims to eliminate the aesthetic defect and avoid complications that could arise in the event of the impacted tooth dislodging from its location.
